Q
iPad & iPhone Security
Asked by: Manager,‚ Technology

Our bank allows the use of iPhone, iPad and Android devices for our remote users and IT personnel. The user must sign and adhere to a portable device, remote access and acceptable use policy. They also must adhere to the remote wiping of the device. We setup the devices with a PIN lock as well. My question is this. How do we stop them from backing up these devices to iCloud or iTunes? My worry is that customer/bank information that may be in their corporate email might be backed up to iCloud and/or iTunes. Does anyone have any ideas on how to mitigate this? Thank you.
