The cbanc Collaboration Subscription is a set of collaborative software tools designed to help community financial institutions save time and money by trading content, share and learn new best practices, use each others' candid experiences to make better, safer vendor decisions and more.
As a cbanc member, you will get:
- Access to the cbanc Exchange market places where, using points you've earned in the network, you can buy content other members have posted. This saves you time and gives you other perspectives' on best practices. You can also ask/answer questions of others as well as buy/sell used equipment in our Classifieds cash-based market.
- Access to Vendor Review, where you write reviews of the vendors you have experience with on 6 key metrics from implementation to support quality to whether you would buy the vendor again. Each review you write earns you points to spend in the network. When it's time for you to consider a new vendor, you can now read candid opinions about them before engaging in due diligence.
- Access to the Due Diligence software, which lets you manage the process of selecting a vendor by building a list of questions where you get to pull from our default questions plus add in your own RFP questions. All of the RFP questions for a given technology get added to the community RFP, so you benefit from questions others add, and vice versa.
- Access to Vendor Management, where you can manage important vendor information and dates. You can add contract renewal dates and schedule advance email notifications so you don’t miss the chance to terminate a contract. You also have the ability to manage both internal and external contacts for that vendor. Vendor Management allows you to manage all documents and get email notifications for renewing those documents prior to expiration.
- Access to Exam Watch, where you earn points for submitting the top areas of focus from your most recent exam. When your next exam approaches, consult the Exam Watch Map so you can see what your peers have been experiencing in their exams.
There is an annual membership fee to join cbanc. That fee can be paid down through a
