The ACH network continues to grow, legal issues increase due to outdated, weak or lack of agreements. The Nacha Operating Rules mandate that ODFIs have agreements in place that bind Originators, Third Party Senders and Third Party Service Providers to the ACH Rules. Do you understand what these agreements really mean?

This session will help to ensure that your financial institution is not exposed to undue risk due to lack of understanding or poorly crafted ACH agreements.
