      2020 Compensation Trends and Employee Benefits Survey

      We have partnered with the Blanchard Consulting Group and would like to invite you to participate in our 2020 Compensation Trends and Employee Benefits Survey.         I am looking for any suggestions of 3rd party payroll services that you may currently offer at your Institution?  We have used Sage/PayChoice in the past but they were recently purchased by another company and I am not impressed so far with their services.  We would like to offer another solution but would love to hear your suggestions before I look any further.  Thanks in advance!

          Do you use a payroll card vendor and if so can you share feedback?

          • Would you recommend the vendor?
          • Is the function a referral out to the vendor or handled in-house?
          • If the business is referred to a 3rd party, do they have a minimum number of card required to work with the business or any other restrictions?
          • If the cards are handled in house, do requests come from the employee or the payroll department at the business?
          • Is the service a popular request from businesses or more of a one-off request?

            LO Basis Points/Commission - Credit Union

            Does anyone have an example of pay structure used for an LO @ a credit union?
            Example:
            Fund $500,000.00, payout is .25 basis points
            Fund $750,000.00 pay out is .50 basis points
            Etc.;

            Are you paying them a salary or commission only? Thank you, this will help determine comparability when posting for new positions.
