We are looking for an Employee Overdraft Policy.
I think it's important to note that product offering and management philosophy can generate extreme variances in employee overdraft policies. In order to get something relevant, what is your bank's philosophy on allowing overdrafts? Do you offer some sort of automatic overdraft protection? If not, do you use ad-hoc decisioning and routinely pay items into overdraft for "good" customers? Do you expect your employees to have no overdrafts at all, or are occasional occurrences tolerated?
