HMDA- Construction-Perm

How do you handle construction-perms for HMDA? Per the HMDA Getting IT Right Guide Section 5.7, you treat the transaction as a purchase. Are there any reportable areas that we need to treat special for a construction-perm? Are all areas completed for the information available at the beginning of the transaction?
